职位职责和职位要求(Job Responsibilities & Requirements)：

Key Responsibilities:
*Implement quality/product testing and inspection plans. 履行产品质量测试及检验计划
*Assess acceptance/rejection for the testing and inspection result. 对检验结果进行放行或拒绝的评估
*Analyze and communicate testing and inspection result. 对测试和检验结果进行分析及相应的沟通
*Support engineers for data collection and analysis, experiments, trials etc. 支持工程师进行数据的收集,分析,实验及测试等
*Perform a variety of routine tasks to ensure the production quality standards are met on a daily basis. 履行多种的日常工作以确保产品符合质量标准
*Identify areas of improvement and communicate to appropriate level of supervision.发现改善机会并转达给相应的管理层.
*General maintenance of lab equipment. 对实验室设备进行日常维护
Requirements:
*4 years college degree or above, major in science ＆ engineering, chemistry background prefer. 4年制理工科本科毕业,具有化学专业优先。
*familiar with MS office software 熟练使用OFFICE软件.
*Be able to perform basic reading and writing in English. 基本的英文读写能力
*Good problem analysis and solving skills, teamwork attitude良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力及团队合作精神.
本岗位需要倒班，不能接受倒班者勿投。
